Ministry Is Doing Something in Me

Yesterday, when I was driving with my friend, I said

“If I was to stop ministry it would be the undoing of me.”

He replied, “What do you mean?”

I explained,

“If I was to decline the opportunity of service that God gives me, it would be the fastest way to undo all that He has done in me. I am today still a Christian because of ministry. Subtract ministry, and you have an agnostic, which is a person who believes nothing is known or can be known about God, but because of ministry I have been persuaded increasingly, that it was a good decision I made to follow God.”

 Which after he said, “I now understand you.”
